About
Umbria
Five years from now Umbria will be all
the rage. Today it is still a tranquil jewel, almost never crowded, frequented
by those who always find the best places before the masses even know they
exist.
One of Italy's smallest regions Umbria is known as the “Heart
of Italy”. The many Umbrian hills and mountains cast
long evening shadows over the river valleys which are lush with chestnut
groves and elm forests.
If you stay for long enough in Umbria you'll notice that the environment
is unpolluted, far from chaos, and the cuisine is excellent.
Umbria is an ideal region to stay in while discovering the centre of Italy.
It is within easy reach of some of the most beautiful towns and cities,
such as, Rome, Assisi, Siena, Florence and Peruigia
