The cottage provides the following accommodation:
Fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and sitting area, this area has a wood burning stove perfect for rental during the cooler months.

The Cottage has two large beautiful bedrooms, one with french doors that lead to the garden, the other with stunning views of the countryside, also a bathroom which has a large shower, bidet, wash hand basin and WC.

All the windows and doors have insect screens. The cottage has been built and equipped to a high standard and is furnished likewise. We provide linen and towels for your stay in the cottage – beach towels we ask you to bring. There is an automatic washing machine, and drying facilities are outside in the sun

The garden and patio are equipped with comfortable furniture and a large vine covered loggia for alfresco dining, perfect for those long Italian evening meals with a glass of Umbrian wine watching the sun set on the Tuscan hills.
